Chiropractic

For optimal health, function and quality of life, a chiropractor will analyze and treat the spine. The spinal adjustment restores proper nerve function, relieves pain and discomfort, and improves range of motion.

Massage Therapy

Therapists apply pressure to specific trigger points of the body to relieve stress and tension, stimulate energy, and allow the natural flow of oxygen to the blood. This treatment is therapeutic and energizing, as well as relaxing.
